That is completely untrue! They have algebra 2 right now at TPMS.

What they won’t do is put kids into algebra 1 in 6th grade based on scores or achievements. They will only do it if they already took AIM in fifth. That small group of kids then ends up taking algebra 2 in 8th. Just like they are doing RIGHT NOW![/quote]

Look, I don’t know where you get that from but I have an 8th grader CURRENTLY at TPMS and I can tell you that Algebra 2 is offered at TPMS and the kids are not bused to Blair. It is taught by Ms M a beloved long time TPMS teacher who also teaches magnet geometry.[/quote]
