[/quote] I'm the poster who had my first baby at 24. I think there is a huge difference between having a baby at 17 and having a baby at 24. At 24, I had graduated college, had been married (yes--more than 9th months!) and owned a house. My husband was also a college graduate and had been working in his intended career for a few years. With the exception of our mortgage, we were debt free (no student loans.) When I was 17, none of those things were true, or possible. [/quote]
