I come from a company that hires from anywhere.  We assess competency in the interview processs which includes a fairly rigorous technical exercise.  We have one Liberty grad at our company; he’s pretty normal, smart, and respectful.  And he has no issues using the right pronouns for our nonbinary colleague (they graduated from MIT and have nothing but respect and professionalism for the liberty grad too).  Y’all are exhausting.[/quote]
