You would have to have been in a Rip Van Winkle coma to not know that Nashvegas is bringing in all types of families right now. If you think retirees are the ones moving to Nashville to buy houses that have appreciated more than 50% in the past three years, you're not very good at critical thinking.

The ultra-partisan lens through which people like the PP see the world is exhausting.
