Stats, from a reputable source, and not just about retirees. We'll wait. Seriously, I'd like to see your stats for this very firm assertion. Are the people moving there people with school-age children?
When those stats are provided, I can't wait to see where you move the goalposts. You've moved them so far, we're going to need a passport and a GPS to find them.
You would have to have been in a Rip Van Winkle coma to not know that Nashvegas is bringing in all types of families right now. If you think retirees are the ones moving to Nashville to buy houses that have appreciated more than 50% in the past three years, you're not very good at critical thinking.
I'm too busy to do your research, but you've been proven wrong at every juncture on this thread and this new nuance will be no different.

The ultra-partisan lens through which people like the PP see the world is exhausting. I provided some links, but as you said, no doubt the PP will just move those goalposts when she doesn't get the results she's looking for. Anyone who pays even the slightest attention to the news knows that Tennessee and Florida are among the top two states for population growth.
And how does the population growth in TN relate to the job that TN's former official will do in VA? Asking seriously. Please show us how you connect those dots. But you won't believe the question is serious, I suspect.

Thanks for the opinion of the "we're smarter because we're not from the south" crowd.
Puh-lease!
Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky are always ranked lowest in education. The larger metropolitian cities within those states do okay when compared to the rest of the state, but get outside of those Blue cities and the rest of the state is full of uneducated bumpkins.
The only thing that has saved Virginia from the same fate of these states was the Blue populous of Northern Virginia. Unfortunately, LCPS and the CRT wingnuts fcked the state this last election cycle. Enough Dems jumped ship to protect their kids from "boys in dresses" when in actuality, there are more trans kids in VA public schools than parents realize. They have been going to school with your kids since K. They have sleepovers with your kids and play on the same sports teams. They are 100% passing & presenting trans kids and you have NO idea.
I know this for a fact because my niece is one of them.

We are from the south. Virginia remains proudly in the south. God bless our great southern state, the Commonwealth of Virginia.
lol god help people

Alternative view: the schools need help.
