When those stats are provided, I can't wait to see where you move the goalposts. You've moved them so far, we're going to need a passport and a GPS to find them.

You would have to have been in a Rip Van Winkle coma to not know that Nashvegas is bringing in all types of families right now. If you think retirees are the ones moving to Nashville to buy houses that have appreciated more than 50% in the past three years, you're not very good at critical thinking.
