No, the title is not at all wrong.

First of all, I have read that one of the protesters arrested were not affiliated with the school.  The other person's identity has not been confirmed. 
They were still out of control.  Nobody was arrested for breaking windows or throwing eggs.  The arrests were because of graffiti painted on a building. 
And, if we want to talk about who exactly is "America-hating," I would say those who are preventing freedom of speech and assembly are guilty of this.  [/quote]

He was free to speak. They were free to protest. Kirk’s message is fundamentally anti-American. The end. But nongovernment threatened his free speech rights.

You act like all speech is valid. Charlie Kirk’s speech isn’t valid. He still gave it and there were consequences for it since most people think he is a vile person.

Tell us how Kirk's message is "UnAmerican."  Be specific.

Among many examples, Kirk is a prolific election denier and liar. He attacks democracy.

WTF?  
How is questioning an election "UnAmerican?"  It's not.  There are still a lot of questions about the legitimacy of the election including judges that allowed election protocols to take place against the laws of a state.  And, the impact a letter from 51 "former intelligence officials" had on the election.  Turns out the crap they spewed was false.

Prove it wasn't students.  Better yet... here is a citation to prove it WAS students....

Marco Perez, a Chicano studies and design student at UC Davis, heard on Monday night that Kirk would be visiting campus. On Tuesday, he designed some protest placards and handed them out to the demonstrators. “Obviously, the students’ views do not align with those of Charlie Kirk,” Perez said. “I think that some of the ideas he presents are problematic, provocative and they go against the needs and the beliefs of the students here on campus.”
