Rotten tomato critics and audience members placed EEAAO at the top of the Oscar best picture candidates even though other polls placed them as an underdog.

JLC is clearly not everyone’s taste but I think she totally nailed her psychopathic tax collector turned malevolent kung fu master chasing her pray through time and space …

It was a weird and wonderful film - so glad it beat out all the sequels and less creative offerings … though some of the sequels as good as, or better than, the originals! [/quote]
