OP I'd be jealous if you could afford a personal trainer. So do it; many gyms have child care and if you get a trainer through them, the kids are taken care of at the same time. You might want to try something like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred if you can't deal with logistics of trainer/gym/babysitting. The exercises really target the butt/legs/abdomen. I am 5'5" 140 lbs and wear a bikini (for all the PPs here, when you gain weight in the thighs, one-pieces look worse) and Jillian is kicking my a$$. Best thing is the workouts are 1/2 hour and are interval training - alternate that with a 2-mile walk pushing a double stroller on a hilly route (I bribe my kids with snacks and playground stops) a few times a week and you're set. I have a close friend who is tiny like you and her DH always makes comments about her weight, and it's one of the big problems I have with him. It's not cool to say to someone who has had their body stretched/morphed twice that they need to lose weight so their stomach isn't so flabby. Men have little to no change in their bodies at all; it's not fair for them to have any clue what women go through on a monthly basis, never mind pregnancy and the like! Oh, and just to throw everyone off, I'm white, my DH is white, and he has told me plenty of times that he'd prefer me a little bigger. (Personally I like to be in shape and don't mind if my T&A are smaller, but he likes 'em round.)
