Gonzaga $28,240 (includes lunch) Basis McLean $35,000 (lunch?) St Anselms $35,000 (doesn’t include lunch) SSFS $40,980 (includes lunch) Georgetown Prep $42,190 (lunch) Burke $45,996 (lunch?) This is 22-23 need new Maret $46,230 (includes lunch) Potomac $48,988 (includes lunch) SSSAS $49,030 (lunch?) St. Andrew's $49,680 (includes lunch) Landon $50,409 (includes lunch) GDS $51K (no lunch even for sale) Holton $52,970 NCS $53,208 (includes lunch) Field $54,335 (doesn’t include lunch) Bullis $54,540 (includes lunch) Sidwell $55,140 (includes lunch) STA $55,468 (includes lunch) To a PP. For me, this is helpful. Especially when assessing a school for longer period than just high school. Knowing this, I may take a look more at SSFS, Burke, or Maret closer than some of the $55k schools. Even if you’re talking about middle school and high school. $10k a year with modest 8% return will give you an extra $90k by high school graduation you could have vs paying extra tuition at Bullis.
The other big fee items you have to consider are: text books, technology, athletics, test fees, and other ECs. Some schools charge for these, some don't. Most of those are things everyone has to pay, as opposed to lunch and transportation which some people need and others don't.
