DP. I appreciate that you are trying to defend someone you like. We all do that. Sometimes, however, people make lapses in judgment. She made a lapse in judgment, one she just apologized for on social media. Perhaps that apology came from pressure and criticism, but she still made it. Clearly she also sees that what she did might have crossed  an ethical line since she alerted the ethics board.

If she can see the flaw in her actions that night, perhaps you (as her supporter) can do the same. [/quote]
