I never thought this before but I think we need a federal rule — basically a protectorate with the military until we can get it together. I’m on the Left but would welcome it in a heartbeat. The last time things were good is when the National Gard was on the streets after Biden inauguration. Bowser is not doing anything. The Council is useless. Bring in the federales [/quote]

The National Guard was here because of pro-Trump protesters, not random crime. They were here to protect Congress, not you. And they were only in a very very tiny isolated enclave within the city.
