What you could do is have a conversation with them about your health issues requiring you to help only in certain ways from now on, big tasks only.  The small tasks they will need to handle.  Such as leave the dirty dishes sitting when you come over.  If they ask you to take care of them, remind them "big tasks only" and get out the door.[/quote]
