I am 41, work out 7 days/week. I am not super slim but fit and athletic with curves. When I was in my 20s/early 30s, all I did was cardio. I was slim(ish) but had no muscle tone. Once I started focusing more on building strength & lifting weights my body shape changed and I have a much more of an hourglass shape now, even after having a child and gaining a few lbs. I get much more male attention now than I did back then.
Sorry but you don't get more male attention now, at 41, than you did in your 20s. You might like how your body looks more now, but you do not get more absolute attention. Probably you just notice and appreciate the attention you get more now because you feel better about your body, whereas when you were in your 20s/30s it sounds like you were working really hard to be skinny and were likely very insecure. I also bet you looked better in photos when you were slimmer, even if you lacked muscle definition.
I don't know, could be possible. I've always been pretty and curvy, big breasts but now - at 53 - I'm really fit from strength training and other sports. I am certainly getting a lot of attention. I remember getting a whole lot of attention in my teen years - but after having kids in 30s not much especially as I wasn't working out or doing any exercise. Believe it or not. I have to say that because someone always argues it can't possibly be true at age 50+ - it doesn't matter to me what they think because I'm living it, and enjoying it I must say :) ).
