This just tells me you're not slim or athletic either, and thus not too choosy.
You would be very wrong.
6’4 235 lbs, 13% body fat, 6 pack, PV, defined obliques, lift with trainer 2-3 days a week, do yoga 2 days a week, 20 min to an hour of cardio everyday.
I am choosy and this has almost always been my ideal woman.
At 6'4 nd 235 lbs you are ft yourself, thus your ideal woman is fat

people who are fit and athletic will turn obese once they pull back on working out. I've seen it happen.
Naturally thin people have a better chance of staying slim.
LOL you clearly are totally unathletic and have no idea why people exercise.
It's almost charming that men think women are working out to look good for men. I hope in 2023 women continue to realize how easily men are controlled when you just pretend their mental framework is accurate.
I know why people exercise.
My point was that once people, not just women, pull back on working out, they tend to get fat. People who are not naturally thin need to exercise to stay on the thinner side.
You're clearly an expert on exercise, nutrition and body types. "Naturally thin" is basically people who eat less. If you hang around thin people you will notice they don't eat constantly and the reverse is true of fat people.
generally, but different people have different metabolism. You can have two people who have about the same activity level, eat about the same, but one person could be heavier than the other. We are not all the same.
DP.
Not much heavier.
While we are all different, we are similar enough where general calculations on how much energy we need are predictable for similar height, weight, build and activity level.
Naturally thin people eat less than those who are not naturally thin, all else being equal.
Do you spend much time with truly naturally thin people? I’ve lived with a couple (my spouse and a roommate). Both ate a lot and not particularly healthily. Also both genuinely struggled to gain weight. Their metabolisms were insane.

When I was in my 20s/early 30s, all I did was cardio. I was slim(ish) but had no muscle tone. Once I started focusing more on building strength & lifting weights my body shape changed and I have a much more of an hourglass shape now, even after having a child and gaining a few lbs. I get much more male attention now than I did back then.
Sorry but you don't get more male attention now, at 41, than you did in your 20s. You might like how your body looks more now, but you do not get more absolute attention. Probably you just notice and appreciate the attention you get more now because you feel better about your body, whereas when you were in your 20s/30s it sounds like you were working really hard to be skinny and were likely very insecure.
I also bet you looked better in photos when you were slimmer, even if you lacked muscle definition.
I don't know, could be possible. I've always been pretty and curvy, big breasts but now - at 53 - I'm really fit from strength training and other sports. I am certainly getting a lot of attention. I remember getting a whole lot of attention in my teen years - but after having kids in 30s not much especially as I wasn't working out or doing any exercise.
Believe it or not. I have to say that because someone always argues it can't possibly be true at age 50+ - it doesn't matter to me what they think because I'm living it, and enjoying it I must say).

50 YO fit wife guy again. We’re in a ski trip this week and after taking yesterday we hit the hot tub. When she ditched her jacket and snow pants she looked really hot in her bikini. It shows that she’s had a life of athletics and working out.
That’s sweet, but go tell your wife. No one here cares.
