NP, you come across as unhinged because in the current environment and with the makeup of the Supreme Court, “coming to your house to take your guns” is not something that is going to happen. No one’s worried about the optics of it, it’s that it is not in reality going to happen. [/quote]

1) the current make up of the USSC can be changed today. All it requires is for President Biden to simply appoint 4 or more additional justices. That eliminates the rightwing control of the court. Then a gun case can be fast-tracked before the court, and we can get pretty much anything we want out of that.

2) the only thing stopping this, perversely, is Joe Biden himself.
