Look for a nanny share.  Or dip into savings to pay for a nanny.  It's expensive but your child will be ready for preschool soon enough.  Or take a chance on a less experienced nanny with a lower rate.  I hired a young nanny only because I work from home so I knew I'd be around in case of an emergency and I would be generally aware of what was happening.  It actually worked out great; she turned out to be mature and responsible.  If you don't work from home, you could use cameras to monitor.[/quote]
