Unless they don't.  Or unless the procedure is botched (it happens).

An adult can express pain using words whereas a baby cannot, so maybe we think it's worse to get circ'd as an adult when in fact it's just our perception.  I don't know, and neither do you.

Babies feel pain just as adults do, it's probably *not* worse as an adult.
