Her husband has a history of financial mismanagement. He’s been sued in Maryland courts over 10 times for failure to pay debts. Add that context to this situation and it’s hard not to see it as willful shenanigans. [/quote]

Well certainly she is not but I assume they comingle finances and pay their property taxes as a unit seeing as they are a cohabiting couple. Surely she should have known better in this incident or at a minimum knew her husband is crap with money and not to trust that he would take care of the property taxes honestly and truthfully... His financial mismanagement means nothing until it also effects a join venture such as their property taxes.

On another note, please spill the tea on her husband's mismanaged financial history. 😂[/quote]
