The police force was sick and tired of FCPS getting away with covering up crimes that occur within their walls. [/quote] FCPS covers everything up, whether it's stolen money or abuse. Their first priority is just to keep it all quiet. They will even threaten anyone who tries to blow the whistle or who makes too much noise. [/quote]
