Do YOU hike?   A ten mile hike is extreme for someone who does not regularly hike--and I say this as someone who hikes and has completed multiple marathons and an Ironman (2.6 mile swim immediately followed by a 112 mile bike ride, immediately followed by a 26.2 mile run.)[/quote]
