The graduate rankings they do are more useful as a proxy if you are concerned about a particular discipline. [/quote] All students and parents should look at the overall school numbers. Students change majors often, so don’t choose a school solely for one program. For example, we have a relative that 100 percent searched and wanted a school with a great pre-veterinarian program as she wanted to be one for 10 years. One semester into college she changed her mind! Look at the whole school. [/quote]
