Or folding clothes and ignoring the baby? You can't reliably do all the laundry while the baby naps. If you have a lot of really dirty laundry then I think it's reasonable to ask the nanny to throw a load in before she goes - like poopy stuff or spit up rags or really messy clothes when they start solids.
