[/quote] Falling down is always funny and I expect people to laugh, especially when I fall off my horse or my bicycle. I don't consider this to be making fun of somebody, though. Making fun is inherently cruel. Like, "Look at Tom! He's got a huge zit and he's so poor!". When you know that he's sensitive about those things.[/quote] That’s why OPs question is poorly worded. Whether making fun of people is ok is entirely context dependent. [/quote]
