I had horrible PPD and desperately needed friends during that time, and met most of my mom friends during a library story time. During the program, we put our phones away, stopped talking to each other, and focused on the librarian leading the program and on our kids. It's like 30 minutes, it's not that long. And then afterwards we went out for coffee for an hour and talked while our kids ate and fell asleep.[/quote]
