[/quote] In 10+ years with APs, I can count the number of "sick" days on the fingers of one hand. It's not that they are necessarily wonderful, they generally can't fake illnesses as easily, don't have "car problems," or sick children at home, and they know that we will awaken them if they happen to oversleep. I assume live-in nannies would be similar in this regard. [/quote]
