Finley never put up signs.   And he was always low energy.
On twitter, he never posted anything insightful or showed he was campaigning anywhere.
He didn't even bother to explain his accomplishments on the ANC during any of the debates.[/quote]

His campaign, such as it was, focused on the “Connecticut Avenue corridor,” especially apartment buildings, with some other outreach in Forest Hills.  He had some signs.  Despite all-out support by Bob Ward’s Smart Growth “group” Finley never got the support of GGW.  And to the extent that he is known, Finley is not very popular in Cleveland Park where he currently is the ANC chair, so he had no real local base of support.[/quote]
