Her “Prof. Cheh always knows best” attitude was getting worse. And she was more checked out, except for a few issues. She has delegated to her staff anything in which she doesn’t have a burning personal interest. Folks who have been in meetings with her and her chief of staff over the past two or three years have wondered at times who was the Councilmember and who was the staffer. I didn’t vote for Frumin, but I am confident that he will be an improvement over Cheh. He will listen more, for starters.[/quote]
