I would collect my winnings through a trust (Maryland lets you) and only let a few select people in on my secret.  My parents, in-laws and a few other family members.  DH doesn't want his brother to ever find out so we would have his parents sign a disclosure agreement before telling them and giving them money.

I would set up a charity through my hometown.  It's an economically depressed area with lots of single mothers so my charity would set up housing and schooling for them in exchange for their staying and working in the community for x amount of years.  I would also back local business and create a community center that makes everyone feel welcome.  I would also make sure there are substance abuse counselors there.

I would buy a summer camp and lend it out to the Church for clergy retreats, summer camps for the disadvantaged, and marriage retreats.  I already have one in mind out of state.  It was a CYO camp for years but the Church couldn't afford to keep it running.  It would be unavailable one specific week during the summer/fall for a family reunion.

I would buy the beautiful house next door to my sister as a vacation home and hire her as our caretaker.

I would have my house remodeled and then buy a new car, maybe, mine is only 6 years old with just 50k miles.  At the very least I would repaint the car.
