Because my husband went to med school before the modern computer era, I know there are differences and being older ourselves we are partial to the previous medical philosophies.   I plan to talk with my husband when he gets home. we also have a mutual friend who is an internist and if she is accepting patients we could ask her, but since we have been with in the University system, it is a difficult decision to go elsewhere. I know family physicians seem to be a thing of the past, which is unfortunate, but even so I think we like the idea of us both having the same MD.
