My admin put together lots of $5-10 gifts for each day during teacher appreciation week. It was nice to be appreciated and I’m at a great school; but, honestly, a $50 gift card would have been much nicer than 5 little gifts that were shoved into a closet. They know this, but I suspect there is some FCPS rule against admin giving gift cards to teachers with school funds…but it would have been preferred.[/quote]
