If you move in, you’ve moved in with his parents. You have no leg to stand on. Get a nice apartment with good amenities, or a long-term hotel, put the rent on his credit card. Ignore the people saying you need to get a job, ten years of marriage you are entitled to spousal support. If he acts upset about it, simply be confused and say you never discussed living with his parents and why would you move in while they’re still there— are you supposed to live in your own guest room?[/quote]
