Recreational marijuana CAN NOT LEGALLY BE sold or purchased in DC.

You've missed the point yet again.  Your own article only reinforces yet again that it's fuzzy and just because stores and delivery services do it doesn't mean it's 100% legal.  The article clearly highlights the "gifting" nature of how marijuana transactions happen, along with lax enforcement.[/quote]
