I understand now why she didn't play games but, at the time I would have loved the connection and time spent together. Sometimes, it is nice to do things with your kids when they ask. We aren't talking about every single time. Maybe search yourself why you think that the only choice you have is "feeling guilty" or "indulging every single time they want something" There is a middle ground.[/quote]
