This is one of the things that’s wrong with this country. Assuming that people are so fragile they’d be scarred by a shouting match with some a-hole. Life is FULL of jerks like that. If people sought therapy every time they encountered one, they’d never have time to do anything else.

I didn’t say we should aspire to be like them. I said they were laughing at us because people like you think that they were “traumatized” by that.

They’re laughing at how weak and fragile Americans like you are. You are the reason they’re becoming emboldened about their chances in a future conflict. Because you make it appear that we’re a whole country full of delicate flowers. As though all they’d have to do is shout at an American and they’d go running for a safe space to make a therapy appointment. [/quote]
