I like these "salads" (which are not actually salads), while my spouse doesn't like any of them. I personally like the Napa almond chicken salad at Panera. When I make mine, I use 3:1 Greek yogurt to Mayo, then thin it out a little with milk or half and half. I think most chicken salad mixes aren’t 100% mayo[/quote]
