Use mine every Friday to make challah for our family. It’s aces. I have the 5qrt tilt head. It doesn’t rattle the way a PP described. It seems fine. Have had it about 15 years but only started using it weekly 10 years ago or so. We also use it for regular cookie and cake baking and for pizza dough and stuff. We do have spare counter space though.
