This reminds me of that 80s movie with Schwarzenegger as the bad dad who forgot to get his kid the hot toy, then he drives all around trying to find it, but can only find the crappy sidekick doll.

You will need a lot of cabinet space too
I use mine at least once a week (actually I have two) And we had the cabinet for it designed when we built our house.

Not true for those of us who are bakers. My Kitchen-Aid is 25 years old and probably my most-used small appliance outside of the toaster oven. Get the woman what she wants. It will last a lifetime.

Why do wives ask for very specific items that they could easily buy for themselves? (I’m a wife.) Is the thrill of pulling off wrapping paper really that great?

Ha, my boys loved that movie!
I was forced to watch that stupendously awful movie (Jingle All the Way) by my 12 year old on Monday. He’s binge-watching Christmas flicks and it has been a very painful experience.
OP, please heed the advice you’ve gotten here. If your wife told you she wants the 6qt one, the reason she did this was so you would not buy her the 5 qt model.
Nailed it.

Anonymous wrote:This thread is funny. 12/24 and my husband is still trying to figure out how to get the present that I asked for (2 months ago, and it can only be ordered from Europe). He'll get me something random that is nice but not what I asked for. I'll give him a hard time, but he'll still get christmas sex.
