So what are these secret firms that don't recruit at the overrated Emory or WashU? They must not pay any better.

DP but Emory is not super well-regarded in either finance or consulting, this in spite of the fact that it had a dedicated undergrad business program. Smart kids out of Emory will still do well for themselves, but they’ll have to work harder than kids from literally any of the other schools you listed above.[/quote]

DP looking at the stats to me all the kids at Emory ( and the other schools)  are smart. And a reminder that Emory does not have an engineering program like the other schools do so it doesn't get a "tech boost" for it's avg salary. [/quote]
