Basis is ranked #1 in DC but Latin is only #14. Plus, the new Latin campus is in a high-crime area, will suffer growing pains over the next couple of years, and then will likely to move EOTR. And, on top of all that, Latin is now going to prioritize at-risk in the lottery.
