She 100% knew they were chocolates, and that leaving them in the box indoors was just fine. That wasn’t even the night we left, either. It was an afternoon that she was there and DH and I were at work. We don’t depart for our hotel check in until early afternoon today.[/quote] I’m sorry, OP. She sounds awful in multiple ways. I’d be pissed, too. Some people have lousy boundaries. I’d avoid her as much as possible, but that’s just me. I know families are complicated.[/quote]
