Even if I didn't have a kid at that school I'd talk to the school and point it out, and offer to put up or pay for a damned sign right at the spot saying not to leave dog dropping bags there. It's a public health issue in that location, for heaven's sake. That's so egregiously nasty. Those owners think the school maintenance people are going to clean up those bags, I'm pretty sure. Vile.
