I actually SAW this at a national park once -- in fact, at Manassas battlefield. A freaking national monument where people died. A pile of maybe five or six different poop bags all placed oh so carefully at the base of a tree that stood at the end of a wooded walking trail. Who are these owners who believe the park service has the time, staff and money to clean up their precious dogs' crap?

I guess they think, "There are other bags here so the park service will see them if they're all together, and pick them up, and at least they're all in one spot and not all over the sides of the trail, right? I really don't want to put this bag in the car and have to take it all the way home....Much neater like this....I must be [i]meant[/i] to leave this here, since there are others already here, and adding one more can't hurt." Sickening and selfish.[/quote]
