Having them scrub the nasty toilets ALL summer is something they would never forget. Banning them for several years won't really accomplish anything except make the entire family resent the cows on the HOA board.[/quote]

Who is enforcing and monitoring all this? Yes, actually, at a place like an HOA, enforcing everyday clean up for 12 weeks is tough.  This is an HOA not a set of parents. Not the HOAs job to teach a lesson.[/quote]

That works out great until the HOA board members are replaced and the kids are allowed back in the pool. I don't think they would have much of a case, [/b]but this HOA has been sued before. [b]
