CALS had an 11 percent acceptance rate last year. My child was accepted with a 1580 and 4.0 unweighted GPA and she knows many others excellent students in the statutory colleges at Cornell. Also, there are students from many other states in the statutory colleges, not just NYS. Many of the programs are quite unique and top notch. The Cornell haters on this board seem to know very little about the school but they have a lot of negativity toward it.[/quote]
