They’ll be IN it for years - but who he/the camp owes money to will have been settled by the court. They will be required to make payments to resolve those they owe money to as long as claims were made. Of course it is terrible if true that there’s still staff not paid but if they’ve entered into bankruptcy the debt is enumerated and the slate is effectively wiped clean (again assuming they make the ordered payments.) We are sad and disappointed that Joe has made such a horrible mess of this but as tough as it is you almost have to hope now that the camp does come back or no one gets paid ever.[/quote]
