I understand your sentiment but it is sad. I grew up near a beach town and everyone owned beach houses. There are lots of memories for the families in those homes and several friends are facing this now. The 2nd generation owners get pressure to sell from the non local family members. I don't know why but a lot won't even consider a buy out. [/quote]
