Ok, so I just checked and there's NO WAY to contribute the popularity of the name Kai with a non named character in Frozen.

The movie never mentions his name -- not even once, I checked... and unless expectant parents are researching baby names of unnamed fictional characters on IMDB, I highly doubt there's any correlation between Kai's popularity and Frozen.

Btw OP, I love, love, love Kai (I grew up in Hawaii and it's very common and popular there).

All of the hottest guys were named Kai. 😁
