The amount of vasectomies that actually fail is so tiny to be inconsequential. Those are probably really poor doctors who didn't do any follow-up either to check sperm count afterwards. You can definitely consider vasectomy permanent. Nobody gets a vasectomy to continue to use condoms.[/quote]
