Kimberly-Clark is not the only American manufacturer of adult diapers.      For example, PBE Inc (based in Ohio) manufactures Tranquility briefs (https://tranquilityproducts.com/product-category-briefs/ ) which Medicare considers an [b]acceptable alternative[/b] to Depends.[/quote]

It's Dependzzz and Depends only.

Their 48"-50" waist model is a terrific product.
